Question by Sunshine : All stories of successful weight loss
I would really like to hear your stories of success for weight loss. Especially if you have found a way to do it in five weeks. Maybe it will motivate me so I’ll have my own successful journée.Par a fact, when I lose weight, I almost melted off. Like, I can lose 4 pounds a week if I just cut out the sodas. Would be 12 pounds in 3 weeks is going too far, even if I try? Or should I include as three a week? Best answer:

This time two years ago, I weighed 155 lbs. (Height 5’5). but I ate more vegetables and limited to about 1200 calories, and I passed between jogging and running for about 30 minutes per day, 3-5 days a week. I had to 140 in about a month and a half. =]

The guy has all sorts of qualifications and experiance, and hes a doctor in somthing lol.
He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant. (this is the bit i cheated in, he really did all the work for me)
I went from 15 stone down to 12 stone with his help. and now im looking to get a muscle building program of him.
Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol. Give it a go
Also you don’t have to keep buying as you just mix the program about a bit.

Green tea leaf diet
They are natural pills. You take two in the morning and one in the afternoon. Your body may go through a “cleansing” experience when you first take them. (ie. You should have access to a bathroom.) It gets rid of toxins first and then starts tempering your appetite. You still need to do daily exercise and make wise food choices. (salads and lean protein over carbs and fats) Drink plenty of water. Avoid soda. (even diet)
I went from a size 10 to a 6 in 6 weeks.
